The system integrates a precision Acousto-Optic Tunable Filter (AOTF) device to significantly enhance the transmission quality of both excitation and emission signals. Featuring exceptional narrow-band wavelength selectivity, this device meticulously modulates signals directed to the sensors, drastically boosting fluorophore excitation and detection efficiency.

Equipped with the next-generation High YD series detectors, the platform features adaptive multi-spectral coverage and extraordinary photon detection efficiency (PDE).
