Image Algorithm Engineer (3D Point Cloud), Chengdu, China
High-precision 3D modeling, reconstruction, and point cloud processing (registration, stitching, denoising, feature extraction).
Design, develop, and optimize GIP AI algorithms/modules for business implementation.
Resolve technical bottlenecks and guide GIP applications in projects.
Build models for scientific computing, data statistics, instrument analysis, and calibration.
[Required Skills]
Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Image/Graphics Processing, or related fields (open to top fresh graduates).
2+ years in image processing with strong data structures and algorithm design foundations.
Expertise in machine learning, image recognition, contour detection, and GPU optimization preferred.
Proficient in Python, C++, or C# (at least one).
Proficient in OpenCV/Halcon; PCL/VTK is highly preferred.

R&D Engineer / Project Leader (Optics/Mechanics/Electronics/Software), Chengdu, China
Analyze, break down, and allocate R&D plans for life science/optical analytical instruments; coordinate cross-functional R&D sub-teams.
Lead technical troubleshooting for critical issues; drive new product planning and pre-research.
Oversee production transfer, mass production support, and assist in product regulatory registration.
Prepare R&D plans/summaries; manage related IP and R&D information systems.

Master's/Ph.D. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Optics, Physics, Life Sciences, or Software Engineering.
5+ years in analytical instruments, IVD, active medical devices, or 3C products; R&D team management experience is preferred.
