DiOne series All-in-One Droplet Digital PCR Systerm

The DiOne series all-in-one fully automated digital PCR system brings next-generation high-precision detection technology to your laboratory, empowering high-level research that was previously difficult to achieve.

The system is based on the principles of sample partitioning and Poisson statistics. It divides DNA or RNA templates into more than 20,000 nanoliter-scale droplets, where each droplet contains either zero or one target molecule. Following PCR amplification, droplets containing the target products generate a fluorescent signal, while those without the target molecule remain non-fluorescent. By counting the number of positive (fluorescent) droplets, the system calculates the absolute copy number of the target molecules with extreme precision.

Leveraging advanced microfluidic technology, the DiOne series ensures stable and uniform droplet generation, providing reliable detection performance for every experimental run.

• Using a high-precision pressure-controlled microfluidic system and chip, this platform rapidly and smoothly generates 20,000 to 30,000 highly uniform water-in-oil droplets with stable, long-lasting performance. Droplet size can be customized within a diameter range of 70 to 110 μm.
• Featuring an innovative flat-plate heating design for PCR chips rather than traditional 96-wellplates, the system achieves heating speeds up to 10℃/s and cooling speeds up to 6℃/s. It completes 40 PCR thermal cycles within 45 minutes, delivering a 2- to 3-fold speed increase over comparable products.

The system supports a wide range of application scenarios, including tumor biomarker detection, copy number variation (CNV), viral and microbial pathogen analysis, GMO testing, mRNA/miRNA quantification, rare variant detection, NGS reference standard QC, and gene-editing verification.

This technology pushes integration, automation, and intelligence to the limit. The fully enclosed amplification environment effectively eliminates cross-contamination and precisely mitigates false-positive risks, ensuring accurate and flawless detection results.

The industry-leading multi-channel fluorescence design expands the functionality of the digital PCR system, allowing for the simultaneous detection of multiple targets and precise multi-channel signal acquisition. The device is also equipped with a high-speed integrated image analysis system that automatically completes data processing.
