Product Description

The DiOne series all-in-one fully automated digital PCR system brings next-generation high-precision detection technology to your laboratory, empowering high-level research that was previously difficult to achieve.

The system is based on the principles of sample partitioning and Poisson statistics. It divides DNA or RNA templates into more than 20,000 nanoliter-scale droplets, where each droplet contains either zero or one target molecule. Following PCR amplification, droplets containing the target products generate a fluorescent signal, while those without the target molecule remain non-fluorescent. By counting the number of positive (fluorescent) droplets, the system calculates the absolute copy number of the target molecules with extreme precision.

Leveraging advanced microfluidic technology, the DiOne series ensures stable and uniform droplet generation, providing reliable detection performance for every experimental run.

The system supports a wide range of application scenarios, including tumor biomarker detection, copy number variation (CNV), viral and microbial pathogen analysis, GMO testing, mRNA/miRNA quantification, rare variant detection, NGS reference standard QC, and gene-editing verification.
