The QX Series reaction module features multiple independently calibrated sensors, achieving a temperature measurement accuracy of ±0.05℃. Powered by advanced cascade dual-PID algorithms, the system performs real-time thermal gradient corrections and limits temperature overshoot to <0.1℃, eliminating edge effects in peripheral wells. This precision effectively suppresses non-specific amplification, ensuring superior data uniformity and reproducibility for high-sensitivity qPCR assays.

This architecture eliminates optical path differences, removing the need for ROX reference dye normalization. The research-grade SCMOS sensor captures ultra-weak signals from trace samples, maintaining a high signal-to-noise ratio even during complex 6-plex multiplexing.

The system is compatible with common fluorophores or dyes, and its white LED provides a broader range of excitation wavelengths. Additionally, detection/excitation filter sets are customizable, and the system can be upgraded with FRET channels to perform protein thermal shift assays or FRET probe detection.

The qPCR AnalyzerSoft provides a streamlined workflow from signal acquisition to statistical analysis (e.g., ANOVA).
